Exhibition

In the premises of the hotel, an accompanying exhibition will take place in order to present medical devices and healthcare equipment, medical drugs, pharmaceutical preparations, and other products.

Participant registration

After sending a duly completed application form, the participant will receive the "Request for payment – Confirmation of the application acceptance".
The registration is completed as soon as the organisers receive the payment of the registration fee to the conference account.
The rate of the registration fee is determined by the date of the payment.

Registration fees

Participant	400 EUR	500 EUR

Registration fee must be paid in advance, payment on the spot is not possible.

Registration fee includes:

printed conference materials, conference bag, admission to the scientific program and to the commercial exhibition, confirmation of attendance, and refreshments in the course of the event.

Cancellation fee

from May 1 until May 14, 2015	50 %
after May 15, 2015	100 %

Refreshments

In the course of the conference, refreshments will be available to registered participants.
